New Land Rover Discovery

The Land Rover Discovery exterior is more distinctive than ever linking its British heritage with modern design. A new distinctive front end, windscreen angle, and tapered rear end separates it from its previous design. LED lights have been designed to wrap-around the side of the vehicle to better enable visual detection of indicators, improving safety. Optional design packs allow for personalising your Land Rover Discovery to enhance its recognisable design.

The Land Rover Discovery comes with the choice of diesel or petrol engines, with 8-speed automatic transmission. The three engine options are D250 AWD AUTOMATIC MHEV, D300 AWD AUTOMATIC MHEV and P360 AWD AUTOMATIC MHEV. Each available engine level has its own distinctive qualities and allows for you to choose the best engine for your individual needs.

The striking horizontal and vertical lines used throughout create the sophisticated and luxurious interior Land Rover customers come to expect. Attention to detail is at the forefront in designing the Land Rover Discovery’s interior. The finest materials have been used to enhance the interior modernity such as premium leather and fabric surfaces, handcrafted wood details and Noble Plated finishes. The 11.4" infotainment touchscreen puts technology at your fingertips, while the class-leading seating and clever stowage capacity allow for relaxing journeys.

The Land Rover Discovery’s seven full-size seats allow for ultimate space and comfort, with a generous amount of legroom. However, dependent on your needs, the Land Rover Discovery can configure to suite almost any use. From between a 7 seat to 2 seat configuration, there is between 258 – 2,391 litres of space available for your requirements.

With 65 years of all-terrain expertise, the Land Rover Discovery has off-roading in its blood. The Land Rover’s unique Terrain Response system allows drivers to optimise the vehicles engine, gearbox, centre differential and chassis system to accurately navigate over the demanding terrain. The Land Rover Discovery has introduced with it for the first time the Terrain Response 2 system. This enhances the current capabilities further by monitoring the driving conditions and automatically selects the appropriate driving mode to best suit the vehicles current terrain condition.

The Land Rover Discovery houses technology features to suit the entire family with available interior power points located in all three rows of seats, a Rear Seat Entertainment System with two 8” screens built into the rear of the front headrests, and the InControl Touch Pro touchscreen for engaging visual and audio experiences. Configurable Ambient Interior Lighting is available which allows for the ideal comfort level of lighting for you. The Land Rover Discovery is also available with the option of four different audio systems, with the Meridian™ Sound System coming standards on the SE models and above.

A full suite of driver assistance, comfort and safety features are also available in the Land Rover Discovery from Wade Sensing, Head-up Display, Advanced Tow Assist, Hill Descent Control, Autonomous Emergency Braking, Dynamic Stability Control and much more.
