Park’s Motor Group, is proud to announce the up-and-coming opening of their new McLaren retail business. Park's is one of Scotland's largest and most successful motor groups, operating a diverse portfolio of luxury, niche and volume franchises.

Our purpose built, bright and spacious dealership will be located in Leeds and will showcase the McLaren range and a selection of exclusive pre-owned vehicles.

What are we looking for:

We are looking for applications from candidates with experience and a proven track record with a luxury brand or, alternatively, from accomplished candidates within volume brands who would relish the opportunity to diversify into the supercar market.

You will:

  • Act as an ambassador for the brand within the leadership team
  • Be able to identify resource requirements and allocate effectively
  • Develop a sales action plan and communicate targets to the team
  • Manage the car stock to ensure sales potential is optimising whilst also thinking about return of investment
  • Ensure the team are well informed and effectively utilising their product knowledge, promotional and marketing campaigns, whilst identifying any training opportunities
  • Implement a customer satisfaction strategy within the team
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Support annual business planning and budgeting for the team
  • Be the escalation point for the team resolving every customer complaint professionally
