Purchase Ledger Clerk

Hours: Full Time Maternity Cover

Park’s of Hamilton (Holdings) Ltd requires a Purchase Ledger Clerk within Head Office Hamilton.

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will support the Accounts Payable Team for the wider Park’s Group. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, however not essential as full training and support will be provided to allow you to reach your full potential.

Flexible working hours may also be considered for this role to support your work life balance.

What you will do:

  • Prepare incoming mail box
  • Manage team email inbox
  • Prepare documents for scanning/processing
  • Process high volume of purchase invoices
  • Ad-hoc accounts payable duties
