Workshop Controller

Location: Carlisle

Park’s Motor Group is seeking a bright, enthusiastic individual to take up the position of full-time Workshop Controller for our busy Aftersales Centre based in Carlisle.

About the role:
You will support the managing of our workshop supporting our branch and its customers through the various services we provide for our manufacturers.

✔ Organise the daily workload to ensure maximum productivity
✔ Sign off all warranty jobs to the required standard
✔ Manage the process of invoices, paperwork and customer details
✔ Provide a second to none level of service
✔ Maintain, create and change in our databases
✔ Build on a strong working relationship with the manufacturers
✔ Be able to, maintain a high consistent quality of work
✔ Communicate in a confidential, professional and appropriate manner
✔ Be able to proactively lead in a targeted environment

Your skills & experience will include:
✔ Knowledge of Kerridge and / or Drive systems
✔ Have Strong leadership and people skills
✔ The ability to confidently use Microsoft Office, Excel and Word as well as email packages
✔ Have an eye for attention to detail
✔ Be a strong confident communicator
✔ Have a polite and warm telephone manner
✔ Good numeracy skills
✔ Be adaptable to change
✔ Have experience in a franchised motor trade workshop
