The strong character lines project a sense of momentum. The large grille emphasises the low centre gravity and the powerful front and rear wings create a vibrant look.
The interior illumination and ambient lighting offer a rich sensory environment, featuring a soft-touch instrument panel positioned slightly lower to improve visibility. For amplified comfort, the interior has felt trim door panels. A minimalist interior includes an infotainment screen mounted within the driver’s view, alongside binocular style instruments and an improved driving position including enhanced seat and wheel modification for an improved seating position.
The latest features include Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity alongside an 8-inch touchscreen as standard. It is the first car to feature a centrally mounted airbag system between the driver and passenger, while a comprehensive suite of driver aids is standard.
The Yaris Hybrid is a Self-Charging Hybrid with a combustion engine and a battery motor where power is generated by the car alone, there is no plug-in charging option. This model will be available in a 1.5-litre Hybrid; mated to 79bhp, 103 lb-ft electric motor and an air-cooled lithium-ion battery. The latest hybrid system with an all-new LI-ION battery enables EV driving up to 80% of the time on urban journeys.
