
Park’s of Hamilton (Holdings) Ltd requires a Accounts Payable Clerk within Head Office Hamilton.
As a Accounts Payable Clerk, you will support the Accounts Payable Team for the wider Park’s Group. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, however not essential as full training and support will be provided to allow you to reach your full potential.
Flexible working hours may also be considered for this role to support your work life balance.
✔ Contribute to the management of the team email mailbox
✔ Process/Cost high volume of purchase invoices
✔ Reconcile Supplier statements
✔ Process Payment Runs
✔ Assist with month end closure activities
✔ Query resolution
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
✔ A proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement
✔ Knowledge of Kerridge would be desirable (but not essential)
