You’re in safe hands in Swace with its multitude of improved safety assistance systems, including the Pre Collison System (PCS), Safe Exit Assist (SEA), and Emergency Driving Stop System (EDSS).
PCS helps prevent collisions with other vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists by monitoring the road ahead with a millimetre wave radar and monocular camera. The updated system now has a wider detection range and additional motorcycle detection. SEA uses the same technology as Blind Spot Monitor, to warn occupants when it is unsafe to open a door or exit the vehicle.
The EDSS, which functions while Lane Tracing Assist is activated, delivers a warning prompt to the driver if the steering wheel if pedals are not operated for a predetermined amount of time. If the driver fails to react, EDSS slows and stops the vehicle in its lane while activating the hazard warning lights.
Swace combines a powerful hybrid electric motor with a 1.8L petrol engine. Its fuel economy of 62.7mpg and CO2 emissions of only 102g/km (WLTP combined) mean you can have an environmentally conscious drive, as well as by utilising the EV drive mode function, which allows for driving using solely the electric battery for a limited period of time.
