DOUGLAS PARK HAMILTON 2 Series Gran Tourer Facebook Winner

Congratulations to our Facebook competition winner Lynn Kyle, who won our 2 Series Gran Tourer for Easter Weekend!

Picking the car up from Douglas Park Hamilton on Friday, Lynn and her family made the most out of the car over the Easter Weekend by taking a road trip to Balmaha before heading onto Rowerdennan for a weekend walk and a picnic!

Keen to test the cars capabilities, the family then headed for Aberfoyle and over the Dukes Pass to test the handling of the car with all the tight bends, inclines and descents.

Commenting on her experience in the 2 Series Gran Tourer Lynn said; "It handled all of these beautifully, I did notice that the car is more fuel efficient in sports mode. I don't normally like driving automatic cars but the BMW 2 Series Gran Tourer was a dream to drive, I even had a go using the paddle shift gears but preferred the drive in automatic. The car is so comfortable, and the mood lighting in the car is very nice!"

The family also visited Callendar before stopping off for fish and chips where the kids took advantage of the cars folding tables to dine from!

Bank holiday Monday saw Lynn and her other half set off for Arrochar and then onward to the Rest and be Thankful. From there Lynn decided to test the handling again on the very windy, tight steep single trackroad to Lochgoilhead before stopping off at Carrick Castle!
