The exterior of the Flying Spur S is understated yet purposeful. The Black Brightware highlights the car’s form and its purposeful, wide stance. The Black Brightware is complemented by gloss black lower bumper grilles, dark-tinted headlamps and rear lights, black quad tailpipe finishers and distinctive S badging on the front fenders. The grille is a gloss black with vertical vanes and surround. Only the winged Bentley badge and lettering on the boot lid stand out with their bright chrome finish.
The Flying Spur S is offered with an all-new 22” wheel option, with five Y-shaped spokes in gloss black or alternatively available in a new Pale Brodgar Satin finish. A second wheel option, unique to the S-range, is a 21” tri-spoke wheel design that combines gloss black and bright machined finishes. Red brake callipers are fitted as standard to highlight the extrovert character of the model. The subtle yet meaningful design choices emphasise the dynamic character of the Flying Spur S.
The Flying Spur S features an exclusive interior design, which includes Dinamica upholstery. Its 4+1 seating configuration displays a striking combination of primary and secondary hides that reflect the car’s sporting character. With a choice of handcrafted performance-focused two-tone colour splits, you can make the interior of your Flying Spur S truly your own. The S design seats are fluted and finished with the ‘S’ emblem or Bentley wings embroidered onto each headrest.
A sensational experience awaits behind the wheel of the Flying Spur S with the option of a Hybrid or V8 powertrain. The advanced 4.0-litre V8 engine produced a mighty 550 PS and 770 Nm of torque. From 0 to 60mph in a mere 4.0 seconds and with top speeds of 198 mph - this luxury sedan means business. The Bentley Dynamic Ride comes as standard and is capable of applying up to 1300 Nm of anti-roll torque in 0.3 seconds whilst delivering a smooth ride for passengers. Electronic All-wheel Steering is also included as standard.
For those desiring a hybrid, the Flying Spur S is also available with a powertrain that combines a 2.9-litre V6 petrol engine with an advanced electric motor, delivering a total of 536 bhp and 750 Nm of torque. Capable of up to 26 miles (41 km) in pure electric drive, and with just 75g of CO2 per kilometre (WLTP) the Flying Spur Hybrid S is jointly the most efficient Bentley yet.
The purr and roar of the powertrains serve as another reminder of the Flying Spur S’ power. V8-powered Flying Spur S features a redesigned sports exhaust while the Flying Spur Hybrid S (whilst in Sport mode) features an ingenious sound enhancements in the engine bay that match the more sporting character of the car.
The Flying Spur S includes the City Specification as standard. This includes a 360-degree top-view camera, alert systems, auto-dimming mirrors and a hands-free boot opening. The optional Touring Specification adds features such as a night vision camera, a head-up display, adaptive cruise control and Lane Assist.
