
Due to recent growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Retention Operator to join our team based in Irvine.
✔ Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
✔ Researching required information using available resources.
✔ Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
✔ Processing booking, orders, and service plan requested by the customers.
✔ Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
✔ Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
✔ Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
✔ Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
✔ Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
✔ Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
✔ Other duties as assigned.
✔ Communicate in a confidential, professional, and appropriate manner
✔ Help contribute towards the team's daily workload
✔ Liaise directly with customers providing exceptional customer service
✔ Maintain, create and make changes in our database
✔ Maintain a high consistent quality of work
✔ Continually develop your personal skills and knowledge
