
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the management and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google and Meta. You’ll execute data-driven strategies that align with our specific business requirements to facilitate the sustained growth of Park’s Motor Group. Your expertise will focus on driving tangible results to achieve our desired goals.
✔ Plan, build, and optimise Google Ads campaigns including Search and Performance Max
✔ Manage Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
✔ Monitor performance against key KPIs to ensure overall marketing efficiency
✔ Apply optimisation techniques and experimentation on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum performance
✔ Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
✔ Stay up to date with the latest Google/ Meta developments
✔ Collaborate with members of the wider Marketing department to align campaigns with wider business objectives
✔ Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns
✔ Google Ads certification
✔ Experience running Meta / Facebook Ads
✔ Strong understanding of paid media principles, campaign structure and bidding strategies
✔ Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data
✔ Working knowledge of GA4, GTM and Merchant Center
✔ Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
✔ Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
