Hours: Mon-Fri: 8:00am - 16:30pm

Full Driving Licence Required

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance and condition of buildings, rooms, fixtures and other areas through high-quality painting and decorating work. You will be required to work as part of the wider maintenance team and assist with other aspects of maintenance as and when required as well as complete tasks on your own.​

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Carry out internal and external painting and decorating works​​
✔ Carry out touch-ups and general maintenance painting​​
✔ Identify areas requiring repair or redecoration and report any issues​​
✔ Maintain a clean, safe and tidy working environment​
✔​ Work safely and follow all relevant health and safety procedures​​​
✔ Complete work to a high standard and within agreed timescales​

Your skills & experience will include:

✔ Previous experience as a painter/decorator or maintenance paintere
✔ Good knowledge of painting and surface preparation techniques
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
✔ Reliable, punctual and professional
✔ Health & Safety awareness
✔ Relevant qualifications or trade experience are desirable
