Maintenance Operative

Location: Travelling will be required to cover Group sites throughout Scotland and Northern England, transport is provided.
Hours: Full Time
Salary: Competitive

Park’s Motor Group have a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Handyman Operative to join our highly skilled maintenance team.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance to meet our branch standards including;

✔ Repairs​
✔ Painting​
✔ Plumbing​
✔ Minor ground maintenance
✔​ Regular service inspections​​
✔ Ensure correct operation of all systems including heating, lighting and fire testing systems

Your skills & experience will include:

✔ Have previous experience in a similar role
✔ Be reliable, helpful and courteous
✔ Be able to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy when carrying out all relevant checks and repairs
✔ Be able to prioritise and manage time effectively
✔ Have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
