The MG ZS Hybrid+ boasts a powerful hybrid system that combines a 1.5-litre petrol engine with an electric motor, delivering a total of 193bhp. The e-motor contributes a substantial 134bhp and 250Nm of torque, enabling the ZS Hybrid+ to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in an impressive 8.7 seconds.
A key feature of the ZS Hybrid+ is its 1.83kWh battery, which allows for short bursts of pure-electric driving. This not only enhances fuel efficiency, achieving up to 55.4mpg but also significantly reduces CO2 emissions to just 115g/km. The battery is conveniently recharged through regenerative braking and the petrol engine, eliminating the need for plug-in charging.
