MG’s sustainable initiative in developing electric cars has provided consumers with different low to zero-emission models that don’t compromise on functionality or style. MG has three models to offer, two pure electric and one hybrid. The MG range includes the pure electric MG ZS EV, the MG5 EV and the MG HS Plug-in Hybrid. MG electric cars qualify for the government’s current plug-in car grant meaning there’s money to save by choosing an MG electric car. With Zap-Map, consumers can easily find charging stations nearby when needed. Learn more about the different variants at Park’s, your local MG dealerships in Brechin and Irvine.
A Hybrid car is an excellent choice for anyone who's not ready to go fully electric. For consumers who are on the road most of the day, a hybrid can also be a great choice; the car can simply continue driving on its combustion engine when the battery power has been used up.
The MG HS Plug-in Hybrid is MG’s hybrid SUV offering. The car has a 1.5 turbocharged petrol engine as well as an electric motor. The car can go up to 32 miles on the battery alone as an addition to the combustion engine, which will lower the CO2 emission of the vehicle. The model is a spacious SUV with Adaptive Cruise Control and Automatic Braking for driver assistance.
