The Artura Spider introduces a new 15-spoke wheel in a silver finish as standard. Whereas, the Calibre 10-Spoke Super-Lightweight wheel joins the list of optional wheels, offered in Silver, Dark Stealth, or Gloss Black.
The McLaren Artura Spider features the cutting-edge carbon fibre chassis, the MCLA. The pioneering chassis is the first of its kind, built with incredible precision, delivering market-leading strength. As a result, the Artura Spider is the lightest in its class, with a dry weight of 1457kg.
The cabin of the Artura Spider is equally as impressive as the exterior. Offering a driver-centric design, the owner can choose from performance or luxury materials to suit individual preferences. To elevate the Artura Spider further, there are an additional three interior specifications to explore. The innovative McLaren Clubsport seat adjusts through an elliptical arc to combine the range of motion expected of a moveable backrest with the lightweight and close support of a bucket seat, making the Artura Spider equally at home on the road or track.
The McLaren Artura Spider’s RHT is comprised of a carbon fibre and composite panel but can also be configured with an Electrochromic glass panel. This glass panel can brighten the cabin, filling it with natural light - or block more than 99% of sunlight - at the touch of a button. McLaren has adopted advanced Suspended Particle (SPD) technology for this feature to reduce heat transfer into the cabin when in the darkest mode – more than 96% of solar energy is blocked - helping to keep air temperature as cool as possible.
Hybrid innovation at its peak, the high-performance V6 engine offers unrivalled supercar acceleration, while the E-Motor executes instant torque and speed. With a max speed of 205 mph and power to achieve 0-62 mph in three seconds, the speed and efficiency of the Artura Spider is unmatched. Producing 690bhp at 4000rpm, the 3.0-litre V6 Powertrain provides unparalleled performance.
MIS II, the McLaren infotainment and connectivity system features two high-definition screens. Offering smartphone-like responsiveness, MIS II supports smartphone mirroring and optional wireless charging. Familiar McLaren apps, such as Variable Drift Control, are also integrated into MIS II.
