The design of the BMW 8 Series Coupé is both luxurious and incredibly sporty. Its rare presence displays a low flowing roofline (available in Carbon Fibre), broad muscular shoulders and an athletic silhouette along with the sleekest laser headlights offered in the BMW range and signature L shaped rear lights.
The M Sport model is standard and boasts seriously impressive exhaust pipes and diffuser, an extended shadow line on the kidney grille and the eye catching M front and rear spoiler which enhance both grip and performance. The M Sport and the M850i xDrive boast unmissable 20” alloy wheels as standard.
Inside there is carefully crafted stitching and piping which has been designed specifically for 8 Series models and an exceptional poise between luxury and dynamics. Extended Merino Leather bi-colour sport seats elevate the luxurious experience inside the cabin along with ambient interior lighting, Harmon/Kardon sound system, a frameless rear view mirror and the modernistic optional CraftedClarity Glass Application which can be found on the gear lever and driver controls.
The impressive 12.3" instrument cluster and the 10.25" driver orientated central touch screen are standard in the BMW 8 Series Coupé along with a superior adaption of BMW’s head-up display. The control system is operated with ease by voice control, touchscreen, gesture control or the iDrive touch controller, along with buttons on the leather steering wheel. Emphasising the car’s premium quality, leather is standard on the steering wheel, instrument panel and doors.
The BMW 8 Series M850i xDrive Coupé brings together state-of-the-art dynamics and modern luxury. Expect the latest engine technology as the V8 4.4 BMW Twin Power Turbo 8-Cylinder petrol engine races from 0-62mph in just 3.9 seconds* with 530hp. The model also has its own impressive G force meter.
Thanks to the innovation taken from the race track, including the M-Sport differential, the Integral Active steering and the optional adaptive M Suspension, both variants come paired with BMW’s xDrive adaptive all-wheel drive system and an eight-speed automatic gearbox as standard.
The BMW 8 Series Coupé is complemented with a variety of ConnectedDrive features including digital keys.
