Cool Touring Motorcycle with Hot Rod Design. More than just your average bike with an iconic front featuring round LED headlights and 21-inch cast aluminium wheels. Comfort is key when it comes to the R 18 Roctane, the midi ape-hanger, standard footboards and dragster seat provides perfect support on long tours. The elongated bagger outline flows straight to the stylish rear end featuring hard-shell cases. Eye-catching and Unmistakable, the unique boxer sound from the striking, dark chrome silencer makes for a seamless touring experience. This extroverted bike does not adapt. For a seamless riding experience, the four-stroke boxer engine with two chain-driven camshafts provides high performance while you are out on long tours. It goes without saying that this bike features the largest boxer engine we offer. Producing high torque, guaranteeing sheer riding pleasure on long journeys. With the R 18 Roctane, you can rely on 150 Nm between 2,000 and 4,000 rpm. At 4,750 rpm, the four-stroke boxer delivers a whopping 67 kW (91hp). The exposed, high-gloss, nickel-plated Cardan shaft makes power transmission impressively visible.
Everything is under your control with the R 18 Roctane. Numerous assistance systems allow you always have your bike under control. Including Automatic Stability Control, engine drag torque control as well as optional Hill Start Control and a reverser. All of the above provides you with a more enjoyable riding experience.
