If yes, then Park’s Motor Group want to hear from you! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Forecourt Console Operator to join our team in South Lanarkshire.

As a Forecourt Operator your duties will include:

Monitoring the store and forecourt, ensuring you offer a great customer experience.
Serving customers and authorising fuel pumps promptly.
Stock and merchandising replenishment.
Assist with all customer enquiries regarding the products and services offered.
Take pride in ensuring the store is clean and presentable at all times.
You will be responsible for cash handling including taking card payments
Report any discrepancies and problems to a supervisor. If required, handle any customer complaints in a professional manner.

About you:

You will be approachable and able to provide excellent customer service at all times.
Be a team player, ready and able to assist your colleagues.
Be flexible and willing to help cover shifts for any absences.
Be polite and articulate.
Have good numeracy and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience within a petrol station or retail environment is desired but not essential.
