The All-New Hyundai KONA boasts a new EV-led design that delivers a futuristic appearance across the entire KONA range. Features such as the clean and distinctive front, provide bold styling, whilst also enhancing the model’s smooth aerodynamic performance. Despite its new futuristic styling, the all-New KONA’s iconic SUV identity remains intact throughout. Bold features presented across the exterior highlight the model’s robust nature. These include sculpted wheel arch cladding, sharp diagonal lines, and seamless horizon lamps, all enhancing the model’s overall design whilst also delivering a more dynamic road presence.
The urban-centric SUV’s interior has been upscaled to offer a completely new in-car experience. The interior ‘living space’ combines a host of practical features with superior comfort, to provide an evolved, versatile space for both the driver and passengers alike. Ambient Lighting offers a relaxed experience throughout the cabin, whilst the 12.3-inch display provides fun and entertainment on every journey. In the second row, the Curve-less Bench Seat reinforces KONA’s 21st-century urban design aesthetic, whilst offering maximum comfort and usability. The host of impressive features also includes a column-type shift-by-wire, which has been designed to relocate the centre display console to behind the steering wheel, which provides more space for belongings and an uncluttered minimalistic layout.
The All-New Hyundai KONA offers an impressive range of innovative technology designed to deliver convenience, connectivity, and safety at all times. Driver assistance systems help with the daily commute and include features such as Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, Intelligent Speed Limit Assist, and Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go, all to allow you the freedom to focus on the road ahead. Enhanced user convenience is amplified with other smart tech features, including OTA software updates, Hyundai Digital Key, and a smart power tailgate.
In order to accommodate a maximised ‘living space’, the KONA N now has larger dimensions compared to the previous model. These include an additional 150 mm in length, 25 mm in width, and 60 mm in wheelbase length, all without compromising any of its iconic design identity.
The upscaled model will be available in three variants, including all-electric (EV), hybrid electric (HEV), and internal combustion engine (ICE). These will all include an overall universal architecture, with unique styling details for each. The all-electric model comes equipped with pixel graphic details on the intake grille and rear bumper, a pixel-inspired alloy wheel design, an aerodynamic side sill, a black embracing line, and optional black side mirrors and roof. The ICE and HEV models share a bold and rugged bumper and skid plate design, and black wheel arch cladding. Lastly, the N Line variety boasts optional black side mirrors and roof, a wing-type spoiler, more aggressive front and rear designs with a wing-shaped bumper to emphasise a lower stance, distinctive alloy wheels, twin exhausts, and a silver side skirt.
