Mild Hybrid (MHEV)
Mild Hybrid Vehicles contain a small electric motor which can assist the fuel-powered engine but cannot power the vehicle independently, hence the term “mild”.

Mild Hybrid Vehicles:
Hyundai Tucson
Hyundai i20

Self-Charging Hybrid (HEV)
Hybrid Vehicles use both the fuel-powered engine and electric motor to drive. All Hyundai hybrid models feature a 6-speed DCT (dual clutch transmission) and are aesthetically pleasing and full of advanced technologies to keep you safe on the road. Full Hybrids can travel short distances on electricity, travel purely on fuel, or power the vehicle using both, take your pick!

Hybrid Vehicles:
Hyundai Kona
Hyundai Tucson

Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV)
Plug-In Hybrid Vehicles allow drivers to switch between the use of both battery and fuel power. Plug-In Hybrids have larger high voltage batteries, meaning you can go further using electricity. With reduced CO2 emissions you will have less impact on the environment whilst driving and you can also travel solely using the electric motor for zero emission driving. Running out of charge? Simply switch to fuel power and continue your adventure.

Plug-In Hybrid Vehicles:
Hyundai Tucson

All-Electric (BEV)
Electric Vehicles are powered purely by electricity. The electricity is stored in the rechargeable battery which is then used to power the electric motor. Electric vehicles are also more economical and cheaper to run than traditional fuel powered vehicles and with multiple charging options, they offer complete flexibility to get you on the move. Charge up your vehicle and hit the road, zero emission style.

Electric Vehicles:
Kona Electric
IONIQ 5 Electric
