We would like to congratulate our very own Steven Johnson, Master Technician at Park’s East Kilbride, who ended the year on a high after being named Nissan’s ‘Brand Ambassador Of The Month’! Steven was nominated for this award by Paul McCluskey, Park's Irvine’s Service Manager, thanks to his outstanding work ethic, excellent practice and exceptional individual performance.

Paul McCluskey praised Steven’s willingness to always go the extra mile; ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction:

"We have recently seen quite a significant up-surge in the number of service bookings at Park's Nissan East Kilbride, and in particular, an increase in the amount of work that has required the expertise of the Nissan Master Technician. The sudden up-turn in jobs being booked in could have resulted in increased waiting times for our customers, however to safeguard that this situation did not arise and to ensure that we did not detract from our reputation for good customer service, Steven quickly sprang into action.

Starting at 6am, working flat out and staying after hours, Steven worked diligently to ensure that each of our customers had their vehicles back within their agreed time frames. It is evident that customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all that he does and he is considered both a credit to Park's Motor Group and to Nissan GB".
