Innovated with a specific silhouette and an integrated load cabin, adopting an energetic exterior style with fluid lines, the New Citroën Berlingo Van is Robust and defensive with a consistent front face of Citroen’s brand exclusivity and is the perfect combination of practicality and generosity of interior space.

There are two model types available; ‘Worker’ model is aimed at professionals transporting equipment and people around all types of difficult terrain, it has 3 seats in the front cabin, a mobile office and increased comfort to manage long loads. Introducing Grip Control with Hill Descent Assist, raised ground clearance of + 30mm, large wheels (690mm), Mud & Snow tyres for more traction and the ability to hold up to 1,000kg in the cargo with enhanced LED lighting.

‘Driver’ model is specially designed for companies and their employees who make lengthy trips or frequent deliveries in urban areas; it has lumbar adjustment seats for optimum comfort, acoustic improvements for a more innovative driving experience, driving aids such as surround rear vision, 8-inch colour touchscreen with Citroën Connect Nav and DAB radio. The ‘driver’ model enhances comfort and practicality for everyday efficiency.

The Extenso® Cab can transport up to 3 people with the option to increase the length and volume of load space. To increase the load length, the side passenger seats fold down, offering 3m in length in M versions and 3.4m in XL versions. It is capable of accommodating 3 people at the front with a 2-seater bench in the inside cabin; it has 1 folding central seat which folds back providing an adjustable writing table as well as lockable storage under the seat. The elevated side seat frees up beneficial extra space for transporting all types of objects, increasing the load capacity from 3300L to 3800L in M versions and from 3900L to 4400L in XL versions.

Comfort is fundamental in the Citroën Berlingo Van and cushions you from the demands of the road. Its optimum driving comfort comes from its high driving position, enhanced suspension and acoustic insulation. The seats adapt to all sizes, both height and lumbar adjustable as well as featuring an individual armrest and the option to have heated seats. The latest feature is the new keyless entry and start, electronic parking brake and colour heads-up display.

The inside cabin has been designed to use as a mobile office when the vehicle is stationary, allowing you to work easily on the go by simply plugging a laptop into the 220V socket. To limit all distractions it can then be placed in the TopBox. There is wireless charging available for a smartphone with two USB sockets and two 12V sockets.

The Citroën Berlingo Van features convenient technology for everyday life, it is functional, practical and offers a safe and quiet drive. Connectivity technologies on board include Citroën Connect Nav, Mirror Screen (Apple Car Play/Android Auto), Citroën Connect Box with Emergency and Assistance System and Wireless Smartphone charging as well as 20 Driving Assist Systems.

The surround rear vision offers advanced technology including vision of unparalleled visibility. The colour screen displays the images from two cameras (placed at the base of the passenger mirror and top of the rear doors) which allow the driver to view all angles of visibility.

There are 3 display options; rear view monitoring and side view monitoring by simply pressing a button on the indicator stalk as well as a reversing camera which displays the area behind the vehicle while in reverse gear.

The Citroën Connect Nav 3D has all the staple features, from voice recognition to Navigation control, Phone and Media functions which allows you to control the integrated system but without taking your eyes off the road for any length of time. It has connected services such as TomTom Traffic which provides real-time traffic information passing you details of nearby locations, car parks and weather conditions. With the latest technology and is compatible with your smartphone apps through the 8” touchscreen with Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto functionality.

A key feature is the grip control with hill descent assist which comes as standard equipment on the ‘Worker’ model. This function minimises omission and keeps you in control on steep slopes, it has 30mm more ground clearance and a protective plate under the engine and larger wheels with Mud & Snow tyres complete a confidence inspiring package.

It has the latest generation engines and the performance has been upgraded through the combination of the new lightweight EMP2 platform and latest-generation fuel-efficient engines with low CO2 emissions. The New Berlingo Van is available with Award winning PETROL versions, a PureTech 110 S&S 6 speed manual, 4 DIESEL versions: BlueHDi 75 manual, BlueHDi 100 S&S manual, BlueHDi 130 S&S 6 speed manual and BlueHDi 130 S&S EAT8 Auto.

The latest generation of EAT8 "Efficient Automatic Transmission" 8-speed automatic gearbox offers real driving pleasure over long distances as well as on multiple daily journeys.
