The new BMW 3 Series Touring is elegant with sports proportions and a compelling presence. With its range of efficient yet powerful petrol and diesel engines, class-leading luggage space and innovative new features, such as an automatic opening and closing tailgate, there's plenty to discover in the new 3 Series Touring.

Touring models offer the same benefits as the Saloon with the added practicality of a much larger load capacity. The spacious and versatile luggage area is the largest in its class at 495 litres and can be easily adapted to suit your needs. For bulkier items the rear seats can be spilt 40:20:40 creating 1,500 litres of space and a more flexibility. The boot is electrically operated as standard, however you can upgrade to a motorised option. Other practical features include an area under the boot floor to store the parcel shelf so it's always at hand should you need it. The overall size of the car has also increased slightly offering additional head and leg room for added comfort, yet the overall weight has been reduced.

New Sport, Modern and Luxury variants join the existing model line up of ES, SE and M Sport giving you further choice.

Sports models come with black high-gloss detailing and bold red stitching, Modern variants bring exclusive finishes and a more natural palette and range topping Luxury models come with an even greater level of specification including 18" Alloy wheels, Dakota Leather and an Anthracite wood trim.

Thanks to a host of innovations that lie at the heart of the 3 Series Touring's TwinPower Turbo petrol and diesel engines – 316d, 318d, 320d, 320i, 328i and 330d.

Each delivers unique performance-consumption ratios that guarantee you satisfaction on every journey and also feature BMW EfficientDynamic technologies for all round efficiency.

Achieving 0-62mph in 7.6 seconds the 320d Touring has a combined fuel consumption of 60.1mpg and 124g/km emissions.

Touring models can also tailor your driving experience by offering four different modes; Eco, Comfort, Sport and Sport+.

The sportier you go the harder the suspension becomes while Eco is about saving fuel consumption.
