A Service Advisor manages customers visiting the service department for servicing, maintenance and warranty repairs. As a qualified Service Advisor you will be responsible for creating outstanding customer confidence in the service offered by Park's Motor Group by ensuring a professional performance and an exceptional commitment to customer care & first time fix.

The skills required for the role are as follow:

  • You must be able to build relationships and rapport with ease and be comfortable dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone.
  • You must be an excellent communicator, have fantastic customer service skills and an eye for detail.
  • You must be a strong team player, eager to learn and follow instructions.
  • You must have the desire and drive to achieve objectives set by Park's Motor Group and the management team.
  • You must have basic IT skills ( Word,XL etc) and a desire to learn and improve this skill set.
