Park’s Motor Group is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Parts Advisor to join their highly successful team at our East Kilbride dealership. This role is uniquely created to update EVHC requests in a timely manner to ensure we provide accurate pricing information, availability to our service advisor team .
If you are a self-motivated, can demonstrate excellent time management and can offer excellent customer service, then we can offer you an opportunity to join our team.
✔ Have parts advisor or supervisory experience.
✔ Be extremely organised and be able to undertake various administrative duties.
✔ Have a proven track record of being able to operate under pressure and consistently achieve KPI objectives.
✔ Be able to align your goals with the company’s overall objectives.
✔ Be able to manage a variety of customer demands and ensure we deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
✔ Be IT literate (knowledge of CDK would be an advantage).
✔ Be friendly, reliable, trustworthy and responsible.
✔ Be able to operate effectively as part of the wider Park’s management team.
✔ Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
✔ A full clean driving license is also desirable.
